Suyen are one of the races in Sharpheart. They are the smallest, rarely topping three feet tall, and you might tell they take some inspiration from kobolds from other media. The suyen originated as a slight variation of the gwil race, but over time they’ve been getting more unique traits to set them apart. Most recently they got skin covered head fins instead of exposed horns and an extra toe on their digitigrade feet.

On the left is Yezukh’ay, who was appeared in numerous previous entries here. On the right is an attendant of the dragon Tatyakori, who is one of the council lords of Sha Rephart.

And here’s council lord Tatyakori with two of their attendants hanging out with them. Technically the suyen on the left is Yezukh’ay playing a placeholder for a future character.

Yezukh’ay Voidleaper. The latter part of their formal name is a title they earned for leaping into the void to escape their impoverished island and join the travelers aboard the grand vessel Obmunjalae. Later on, they took on void-leaping as a thrilling sport.

A lobby between the pilot’s deck and Lukaud’s private room became the location for a house for Yezukh’ay. The structure is based on circular houses from Yezu’s home island, but styled like the Obmunjalae vessel that contains it. Many of the house’s components are half sized to be a more comfortable fit for the suyen race.

Lukaud in their Lady Jalae Aspect is greeting Yezukh’ay.

Yezukh’ay, the suyen on the left side, escaped their impoverished island by leaping into the Voidplane with some makeshift wing paddles and swimming over to the vessel “Obmunjalae” as it was departing. When they grew up, they got into void leaping as a sporting activity.
There are a number of onlookers here, all plane natives.
Bottom: Lukaud of the lurin shapeshifters. The owner of the Obmunjalae vessel, they are normally referred to their title, Obmunjalae, which means master of the Voidplane. Yes, there’s often a bit of confusion on if the title is referring to the person or the vessel. Most call them Jalae for short. This is their “natural” aspect.

Right: Tisi of… an unnamed aquatic race of plane natives. An oddity, as very few significant bodies of water exist on the Voidplane.
